Privacy Policy

What this site collects, what it does not, and what you can ask us to do.

The short version

This site does not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels or any third-party tracking script. We do not build profiles of visitors, we do not sell data, and there is nothing here for you to log into.

What is collected

• Server logs. Like any website, our host records requests: IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
• Technical cookies. WordPress may set cookies needed for the site to function and for caching. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.
• What you send us. If you write to us about a correction or a complaint, we keep that message so we can deal with it.

What is not collected

We do not ask for your name, date of birth, payment details or gambling history, and we have no way to see your activity at any casino. If an operator asks you to verify your identity, that is between you and them — never send us identity documents.

Operators you click through to

Following a commercial link takes you to the operator’s own site, where their privacy policy applies. Affiliate tracking may record that the visit came from here, so that the commission is attributed correctly. That record is about the referral, not about you personally, and we do not receive your account details, your deposits or your play history.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, which applies in Iceland through the EEA Agreement, you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and object to its processing. Since we hold very little, most requests are answered quickly. You also have the right to complain to the Icelandic Data Protection Authority.

Retention

Server logs are kept only as long as our host needs them for security and diagnostics. Correspondence is kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case it recurs.

Changes

If we ever add analytics or another tool that processes personal data, this page will say so before it is switched on.
